Massage

Massage is the manipulation of muscles and deep tissues, to help heal and make the muscles function better. Massage is one of the best treatments to aid in healing the body and relaxation.

 

Hopi Ear Candles

Hopi ear candles are a different method to help with cold, flu, hay fever and problems with the ear in gerenal. This is all done by lighting a hallow candle within the ear and allowing it to cause a vaccum which will help the ear to heal and release any wax that is inside the ear. This is then followed by a facial massage and lymph drainage.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage has been used for 1000s of years mainly by barbers / hairdressers. It is used to stimulate blood and improve circulation with the skull. Indian Head Massage is great for people who suffer with headaches, Hayfever, Colds, Flu and tension within the back. It can also help with thin or damaged hair stimulating hair growth. 

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is one of our favourite massages to have and to give. Using your own blend of essential oils which are matched to deal with your complaint, it added to a base oil and massaged into the skin. You can even take away with you your blend of oils.
